About Us
Skyline Physical Therapy Services
Over the past 20 years, Skyline Physical Therapy has served school districts, nursing homes, home health agencies, and institutes for the mentally handicapped and brain-injured populations, as well as providing out-patient services at the second office location, Family Physical Therapy Services (139th and Gold Circle near Oak View Mall.) The treatment philosophy of Skyline Physical Therapy is patient-centered. Therapists work to decrease pain and increase mobility and function, as well as to teach patients how to prevent further injuries. As the American population ages, three things occur with increased frequency:
1. The body becomes weaker.
2. The body becomes less flexible.
3. Joints become more prone to injury.
Remaining active is the best way for aging baby boomers as well as the younger population to stay mobile and strong. The highly-trained staff at both Skyline and Family Physical Therapy is dedicated to helping their patients achieve life-long health and vitality.
Mission Statement
With the ever-increasing cost of medical care, our goal is two-fold:
-To treat our patients' physical pain and/or dysfunction
-To educate them on the most effective ways to stay healthy after
they leave our care.
Our treatment plans are research-driven and our therapists are constantly updating their skills through continuing education, all in an effort to provide state-of-the-art care to our patients. Using a total body approach, we strive to support and motivate our patients, and finally, empower them to take control of their own health and recovery. Once again, thank you for choosing Skyline Physical Therapy Services.
